Rapist, former lawmaker Ted Klaudt claims name copyright
So this utter douchebag, convicted child rapist and former South Dakota Republican State Rep. Ted Alvin Klaudt has decided that his name is copyrighted.

Rapist Ted Alvin Klaudt sent a letter to the Associated Press and several other news organizations stating Ted Alvin Klaudt's demands: Organizations wishing to use Ted Alvin Klaudt's name must apply for written permission, 20 days advance notice and $500,000 for each use of the name of Ted Alvin Klaudt. Ted Alvin Klaudt has promised to take legal action against anyone who uses Ted Alvin Klaudt's name without permission.

Apparently the man has nothing better to do while in jail, doing time for molesting his teenage foster daughters.

In conclusion, I'd like to say: Ted Alvin Klaudt, Ted Alvin Klaudt, Ted Alvin Klaudt and Ted Alvin Klaudt.

FWIW, I just now glanced at the article. Not that I'm exactly in a position to throw stones, but damn he's a big boy. If I were him I'd be less worried about prison rape than being sliced open tauntaun-style and hidden inside for warmth.
